C++ Engineer – AI & Computer Vision

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled C++ Engineer to join our core team and help build cutting-edge edge applications that process video data in real time. You’ll play a key role in deploying ML models to production, optimizing system performance, and building robust, reliable software for compute-constrained environments. This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days a week).

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and optimize C++ applications for edge devices processing live video streams.
• Deploy ML models (via PyTorch) to production pipelines running on CPU/GPU.
• Build low-latency, high-throughput systems for video ingestion, processing, and communication.
• Work with observability, telemetry, and fleet management tools to ensure system health at scale.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and system architects to deliver performance-critical features.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience in C++ and Python.
• Strong foundation in real-time systems, low-latency optimization, and memory management.
• Experience using profiling and debugging tools like gdb, Valgrind, flame graphs, or NVIDIA Nsight.
• Solid grasp of Docker, CI/CD workflows, and software release practices.
• Comfortable working on Linux-based systems.

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with edge or IoT deployments.
• Familiarity with GStreamer or other video streaming frameworks.
• Exposure to infrastructure tools (Salt, Ansible, etc.).
• Monitoring/observability experience (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Comfort interfacing with ML models (e.g., using PyTorch C++ API or TorchScript).
